HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our goods are made to order, DEEJAY STUFF carries no inventory.  This process is more sustainable as it eliminates excess inventory that can sit on shelves and eventually be thrown into landfills.  DEEJAY STUFF sources its products from various supplier locations around the globe.  Via its professional vendors DEEJAYS STUFF is able to offer a wide range of quality goods in numerous categories. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders are manufactured within 5-7 business days and delivered within 20 days from date of order.  As DEEJAY STUFF deals with multiple partner manufacturing locations around the world, the final arrival time depends on the product ordered, the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method.  In some cases, orders may take up to 30 days to be delivered.  During peak periods manufacturing may exceed normal turnaround times. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

Most garments are best cared for by machine washing in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry low, iron if necessary.  Keep graphics looking new by turning them inside out before washing.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART?

Where available sizing charts are provided within individual product descriptions. The measurements are expressed in centimeters and inches, when available.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

DEEJAY STUFF – via its manufacturing partner - ships worldwide, with the exception of a few countries. For now, DEEJAY STUFF products are not available in and don't ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Antilles, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

DEEJAY STUFF shipping costs vary based on the number of items in the order, the weight of the package and the final destination.  Orders placed outside the United States may be subject to customs charges and VAT (value Added Tax) charges.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PURCHASES?

Once orders are fulfilled, they are sent to the designated delivery service at which time an email containing a tracking number will be sent to the same email used to place the order.  Customers seeking up to date order status should check this at the ORDER TRACKING page: http://deejaystuff.aftership.com/

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

DEEJAY STUFF offers returns or exchanges for unsatisfactory goods.  Unwanted items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered.  DEEJAY STUFF does not offer returns or exchanges for damaged, worn or washed articles. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Gift cards and other digital goods are also non-refundable.  For complete details on returns and exchanges visit our Return Policy.

THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

If an order is missing an item or includes unwanted items please contact sales.deejaystuff@gmail.com  and include the following information:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Email used to place the order
  • Unwanted/Missing item

A member of our customer service team will review the inputs and contact you with appropriate actions to be taken.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If an order has not yet been sent to the delivery company, DEEJAY STUFF may be able to change the destination address. Customers seeking to alter the shipping destination of their order should contact sales.deejaystuff@gmail.com.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Order cancellation requests must be sent to sales.deejaystuff@gmail.com.  In most cases, if an order has not shipped a full refund will be issued.  If an order has already shipped it will need to be returned to us at the customer’s expense before we can issue a refund. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

DEEJAY STUFF – via its payment platform - accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.   

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT?

All pricing is set, shown and charged in US Dollars. Via your credit card, debit card and PayPal you can pay, and they can likely charge you in your local currency. Some currency exchange charges might apply.
